Initially I worked within the NHS at a large northern teaching hospital. However, after relocating to the South East twenty years ago I have been employed mainly in the private sector. Formerly in a private hospital in Windsor and for the last sixteen years in my own practice in Ascot. In 2025 I rejoined the NHS two afternoons a week to utilise my specialist skills as a First Contact Practitioner.
For several years I was physiotherapist at my local rugby club which led to a position with Lancashire Colts and Warrington Wolves RLFC. Other sports I have been involved with include netball, gymnastics, horse riding, triathlon and elite level polo where I was physiotherapist to a high goal team. I hold a PGCert in Sports Physiotherapy and am APPI Pilates trained. I also perform acupuncture for pain relief.
When I am not walking my two dogs I can be found at the gym, hiking or messing around on the water!
